Research On The Governance Issues And Counter Of Online Donation In The View Of Governance Theory

At present,network fund-raising has become a new way of charitable fund-raising.Its development needs the help of various network platforms,and has become a very important part of charity in our country.The mechanism of social security and social assistance in our country is not perfect enough.Network fund-raising is a powerful supplement and improvement to it,and its emergence has greatly compensated for the shortage of social assistance in our country.QuestionCompared with the traditional way of collecting donations,online donation has its own advantages,such as wide range of radiation,more audiences,etc.However,due to the virtuality and concealment of the network itself,coupled with the imperfect laws and regulations related to charity in our country,there are also many shortcomings in the legal mechanism of supervision and management,and the network donation has produced some promises in its various operation processes.Many issues need our attention,especially the legitimacy of the sponsors of online donation,the credibility of the information of online donors,the transparency and openness of the use of donated funds and so on have aroused the strong concern of the general public.The strengthening of the administrative supervision of online donation and the construction and perfection of the legal system of the administrative supervision of online donation in China can not only promote the various administrative organs to perform their administrative functions,help the broad masses of people to safeguard their legitimate rights,but also effectively promote the healthy and sound development of online donation charity in China.This paper is based on the theory of network governance,taking Roll incident as an example,to explore the problems of network fund-raising governance,and propose solutions.The first module of the paper introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign literature review,research methods and innovations.The second module discusses the related concepts of network donationand the content of network governance theory,so as to have a deeper understanding of network donation.The third module discusses the beginning and end of the Roll Incident and the problems existing in the governance of online fund-raising.The fourth module makes an in-depth study of the causes of the problems in the governance of online fund-raising in the Roll Incident.The last module puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the governance of network fund-raising.
