Research On Internet Consumers' Right To Know And Its Protection

In recent years,online shopping is extremely hot,but because the improvement of relevant legal protection system can not keep up with the development of e-commerce,the phenomenon of infringement of online consumer rights in online shopping is increasing.This paper explains from the perspective of online consumers'right to know..The main body of this paper is divided into three main parts,namely,the basic overview of the online consumer's right to know,the main performance and reasons for the infringement of the online consumer's right to know,and suggestions for improving the online consumer's right to know.The first part mainly introduces the unique characteristics of online consumers' right to know and traditional consumers' right to know.So we can understand where the focus of protecting online consumers'right to know should fall.The second part mainly expounds the main forms of infringement of the online consumers' right to know according to the actual situation,including the more diverse means of false propaganda,the credit rating fraud,and the "big data"killing phenomenon.The third part mainly discusses the main causes of these problems,including the lag of the law,the unclear requirements of information disclosure,and the imperfect supervision and management at the current stage,mainly based on the performance of the infringement of the online consumers' right to know.The reasons for the unsatisfactory remedies are not smooth,and the specific analysis and discussion in these three general directions.The fourth part puts forward some relevant insights based on the problems and reasons explained in the second and third parts on the basis of combining the actual conditions,and proposes the improvement of information disclosure from the perspectives of legislation,judicial,administrative protection and social supervision and platform.Scope and information disclosure methods,perfect proof,jurisdiction system,emulate the UK online money claim system,establish online money litigation,set up online mediation mechanism,reconstruct evaluation system,improve market access threshold,freight guarantee mode,and promote third-party platform dispute resolution Specialization and awareness of consumer rights protection.
