| With the rapid development of our economy and technology,national comprehensive strength has been promoted in general and social capital has increased progressively.All of these provided material conditions for the development of oversea PPP.Besides,with the strategy of “ one belt,one road “,extending oversea market became what the time required.PPP project provides a lot of cooperation opportunity between domestic investors and other economic entities.Due to late launching of PPP project,investors' risk prevention consciousnesses are weak,and relevant law systems which are far beyond practical requirements are not perfect either.Therefore,in the trend of “going out ”by PPP project,paying attention to the right protection of investors' has great significance.This thesis will be divided into four parts.It started from some basic concepts of oversea PPP,then moved to relevant references in law.After that,on the base of the situation of investors' right protection and good experiences in some developed countries,some advises about how to protect investors' right in oversea PPP projects were given. |
