Calligraphy is a legal document in ancient China to adjudicate prison proceedings.Minggong's Legal Document as a collection of scattered judgments,Minggong's Legal Document contains 473 judgments made by 28 officials in Song Dynasty,such as Zhu Xi,Zhendexiu,Cai Hang,Hu Ying and Wu Ge.Minggong's Legal Document contains 27 judgmentsWu Ge was an official of the Lizong Dynasty.He was born into a Confucian family.His family background was profound and his family style was strict,which made him less affected by the corruption in the Song Dynasty.He was able to maintain the Qingming Dynasty,benefit one side and actively participate in legal practice.His legal thoughts survived in the form of written judgments.Liu Kezhuang,a great scholar of Neo-Confucianism,is a disciple of Liu Mijian's disciple.His Neo-Confucianism thought has far-reaching influence on Wu Ge's calligraphy.These judgments reflect the growth process,legal literacy,thinking attitude and even the background of the Song Dynasty.They are valuable materials for studying the history of the Song Dynasty.Chapter one,the introduction mainly discusses the reasons and significance of the topic selection from the aspects of Wu Ge's life,the amount of judgments,personal influence,the research status of Ming Judgment Collection of Ming Dynasty's Famous Manuscripts,the research status of scholar-bureaucrats' legal thoughts and academic concepts,Chapter two,describes Wu Ge's experience of being an official,learning experience and general situation of his judgments,and explores the time and place of Wu Ge's judgments The influence of Wuge in Southern Song Dynasty and the general situation of written judgments;Chapter three,describes the classification and analysis of Wuge's judgments,mainly from the cases of Wuge's judgments classified as land disputes,succession cases and cases involving women,and summarizes its characteristics in each type of cases;Chapter four,discusses Wuge's judicial concept,and expounds Wuge's pragmatic thought and the concept of situation law in the judgments.Chapter five,narrates the characteristics of Wuge's Neo-Confucianism legal thought,considers human nature,litigation attitude and the relationship between morality,punishment and etiquette and law in Wuge's judgment,identifies the characteristics of Neo-Confucianism legal concept contained in Wuge'sjudgment,and summarizes the concept of Wuge's judgment in the concluding part.
