On Rule Of Law Education Of Peasants Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,pointing out that the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is the fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The new requirements and objectives of the Rural Revitalization Strategy highlight the focus and foothold of promoting the rule of law education of peasants under the new situation,which also puts forward new requirements for the rule of law education of peasants.Strengthening peasants' legal education needs to integrate with the objective reality of social development,keep pace with the development of the times,and organically integrate with the new requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy for peasants' legal education,so as to inject new impetus into the improvement of the effectiveness of peasants' legal education.Therefore,taking the strategic background of Rural Revitalization as the research background,we should pay attention to the effectiveness of the rural legal education and sort out the problems existing in the rural legal education on the basis of investigation.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to analyze the reasons for the lagging behind of peasants' legal education from the four elements of education,and finally to try to find solutions.Farmers refer to peasants and peasants who are registered as rural households.Education is a teaching method to promote social individualization and individual socialization,involving four elements: educators,educatees,educational content and educational means.Rule of law education for peasants refers to the education activities for peasants to consciously abide by and maintain the Constitution,laws and regulations.The relationship between Rural Revitalization Strategy and rural legal education is mainly as follows: the improvement of farmers' acceptance of the concept of rule of law is conducive to the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy;the improvement of the internalization of farmers' awareness of rule of law is conducive to the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy;the promotion of farmers' belief in rule of law is conducive to the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy;and the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an objective need to promote the development of rural Ask.By investigating the peasants around Chengdu and comparing with the new requirements of the Rural Revitalization strategy,this paper points out the following problems in peasants' legal education: firstly,under the new requirements of the Rural Revitalization strategy,peasants' legal awareness is not enough;secondly,under the new requirements of the Rural Revitalization strategy,peasants' legal knowledge is insufficient;thirdly,peasants' understanding of the rule of law is not comprehensive;Under the new strategic requirements,farmers lack understanding of the legal authority,some farmers ignore the legal authority,and some farmers do not respect the rule of law.Fourthly,the New Rural Revitalization Strategy requires that farmers lack faith in the rule of law,farmers tend to respect the rule of law far away,and farmers lack full confidence in the rule of law.The main reasons for the lack of legal education for peasants are mainly divided into internal and external reasons.The internal reason is that the educated lack the initiative to learn.The external reasons are as follows: firstly,educators pay little attention to the rule of law education of farmers;secondly,the content of education is not enough;thirdly,the educational mode is not novel and the educational environment is not good enough.In order to enhance the effectiveness of peasants' legal education under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,we should fully realize that the improvement of self-awareness of the educated is the main condition for the improvement of peasants' legal education,which can enhance the self-awareness of the educated,enable the educated to actively participate in the study of basic legal knowledge,and the educated actively participate in the activities of peasants' legal education,making them fully understand the law and the rule of law.Secondly,to improve the overall level of educators is the necessary fulcrum of the promotion of the rule of law education for farmers.To improve the overall level of educators,the government should increase investment,enterprises should increase cooperation,and the state should improve the strength of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.Thirdly,the enrichment of education content is an important way to improve the legal education of peasants.Educators should enrich the teaching content and enhance the peasants' awareness of rights and interests and legal litigation ability.Fourthly,the optimization of education mode is a strong support for the promotion of legal education of peasants.To optimize the education mode,we should combine the legal education of peasants with the vocational skills training and network technology of peasants.The consolidation of educational environment is the necessary guarantee for the promotion of peasants' legal education.We should create a good environment for peasants' legal education,clarify the division of responsibilities of various responsible departments,create a good institutional environment,improve the rules and regulations of peasants' legal education,construct a good strategic environment and improve the specific planning of peasants' legal education.
