The centennial education is the foundation, and the positive and healthy development of young people is related to the country's future development. The number of rural children in China accounts for 57% of the children under the age of 14 in rural areas.Rural children have their own uniqueness compared with urban children. The China Rural Education Development Report 2017 points out that rural areas have already pursued more scientific and high-quality educational concepts and methods.Consciousness, but still has a lot of room for improvement.Rural parents lack the concept of encouraging education relative to urban parents, which leads to the need to strengthen the psychological strength of rural children. In the preliminary research stage, the author found that the children in Y village have the following characteristics: First, they are relatively unfamiliar with each other, seriously lack communication and low willingness to cooperate, and lack of understanding and application of cooperation skills.Second, some children need to respect their awareness, and the awareness and action of mutual help and mutual assistance need to be improved.Third, some children have weaker psychological strength, lower self-efficacy and lack of self-confidence.The above three aspects are not conducive to the positive and healthy development of children in Y village. In order to improve this situation, three research purposes are established: first,to understand the basic situation of children and their families in the village, and to assess the development of children, including psychological strength. The relationship between good character and relationship;secondly,to promote the positive development of children in Y village and become active children;thirdly,to explore the effect of intervention on rural children from the perspective of positive development theory. From the perspective of positive development theory, the author has identified three research questions: first, how to cultivate active children under the guidance of positive development theory;second, how to train positive children with the guidance of positive development theory. This paper selects 3C in the 5Cs theory tool in the positive development theory—the psychological strength(confidence),the connection of the relationship, and the good character as the intervention goals, with the intervention of self-efficacy,interpersonal communication, teamwork and parent-child relationship.Content, with the perspective of superiority, the theory of empowerment and the theory of life education as the intervention strategy, design the “Yangyang Huakai” growth group seven-group activity and the “Green Plant Action” four community activities to help Y village children improve the above three aspects.situation.The author and the social workers of the internship institution visited the primary and middle school students in the village, and formed a group by means of voluntarily signing up to participate in the activities.Select the Interpersonal Adaptation Questionnaire in the Social Adaptation Scale compiled by Chen Jianwen and Huang Xiting(2004)and some of the issues in the China Youth Positive Development Scale compiled by Daniel and Andrew of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, combined with the author's own understanding in institutional leadership and institutions. With the help of the supervisor, the pre-and post-test questionnaires were determined, and the data obtained from the pre-and post-test questionnaires were entered and analyzed. The author conducts semi-structured interviews with the parents of the group members, understands the changes of the group members from the perspective of the parents, makes a qualitative assessment of the interview materials, and makes a process based on the process evaluation scale and the social workers' observations during the activities.Evaluation,a quantitative assessment, qualitative assessment, and the results of a process assessment yield conclusions.Guided by the theory of positive development,we aim at three aspects of the five dimensions of positive development theory, with self-efficacy,interpersonal communication, teamwork and parent-child relationship as interventions, advantage perspective,energy-enhancing theory and life.Educational theory is an intervention strategy, group activities and community activities, which can meet the current development needs of Y village children and achieve the goal of promoting the positive development of rural children.
