| After the dissolution of the system of units,the residents became increasingly unfamiliar,and the relationship became more and more indifferent and estranged.Based on the performance appraisal,the community will carry out activities according to the above evaluation indicators,and these activities are mostly temporary task arrangements,plus the lack of community manpower,in the early mobilization will ask some people to help spread the activities notice,Or ask them to participate in community activities.However,after the unit system,most of the urban communities are "semi-familiar"societies,and the relationship between residents is becoming increasingly unfamiliar and alienated.In this case,community neighborhood committees need to use various strategies to construct a local interactive network based on feelings,human feelings,reciprocity and trust,and cultivate an informal network of activists to obtain their cooperation and support(Yang Min 2005).In community mobilization,the influence of relationships can be seen everywhere,but on the basis of relationships at the individual level,they are shown as circle culture and treat gifts,and on the social level as vested interests and illegal operations.Therefore,the effectiveness of relationship mobilization requires us to think further.This paper is based on the theory of human face,mainly through participatory observation and interview to obtain relevant basic information.It is found that the mobilization characteristics of community summer series activities are mainly"relationship" mobilization.This kind of "relation" is mainly reflected in:first,the choice of this mobilization mode is determined according to the difference of the relationship between the mobilization subject and object;second,the network of the relationship between the mobilization subject and object will be fully utilized in the mobilization.F community summer activities in the "relationship" mobilization methods mainly include emotional mobilization,incentive mobilization,human face mobilization.The operational principles of "relational expression" mobilization are as follows:(1)using exaggerated words in emotional relations,striving for sympathy,forming moral constraints through mutual comparison,constructing meaning and arousing action strategies for emotional mobilization.(2)In instrumental relationships,material incentives are introduced to stimulate willingness to participate;and strategies to provide needed activities and meet their needs are mobilized.(3)Human face mobilization in mixed relationships through human investment and return-seeking strategies.Through this operation,the"relationship" mobilization makes community mobilization more efficient,the certainty of mobilization is enhanced,and the scope of mobilization is wider.At the same time,there are some drawbacks:(1)ignoring the real needs of community residents;(2)harming the fairness of community service delivery;(3)making the mobilization of subject and object into human problems.The author thinks that some measures can be taken to avoid this problem:first,to meet the needs as the work-oriented activities to provide residents with needs;second,the provision of community services should be based on the principle of fairness and justice;third,to establish trust relations.Reduce human distress. |
