Study On Layout Planning Of Community Aged Service Center In Downtown Area Of Nanning City Under The Background Of Aging

In recent years,with the acceleration of the aging process,there are more and more elderly people in China.The huge demand and aging problem of China's pension industry has become a challenge that China must face,and has aroused widespread concern in the whole society.The community pension service center as a system of pension service facilities of second levels,the problems of uneven distribution,the facilities are not complete,but the domestic and foreign research on distributing relatively few studies for community service center planning so that the research has certain practical significance.The domestic and foreign related theories and Beijing,Shanghai,conducted a comprehensive analysis,summarized the influence factors of city center city pension service center planning,and puts forward the layout planning should be based on the needs of aged population is dominant,coordinating all kinds of infrastructure,because the system layout principle.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the community pension service facilities in Nanning,we find that the main problems are:the corresponding norms and guidance are not clear,the guidance of the upper level planning is not strong,no special research and planning and operation mode is single,and the professionalism is not strong enough.In view of the above problems,combined with the planning objective of Nanning' s pension service industry,this study puts forward the layout planning strategy of the community pension service center in the central area of Nanning from three levels,including the layout principles,site selection and construction procedures.
