Study On The Planning Of Community Aging Care Service Facilities From The Perspective Of Daily Life Circle Construction

Community daily life circle has increasingly become an important means of urban community construction.With its spatial units in line with residents' daily activities,it can realize the accurate match between community public service facilities and residents' spatial-temporal needs.With the increasing demand for aging care services in the context of aging,the community daily life circle is bound to need to strengthen its supplement.Under the background of the aging of population in China,the needs of community aging care service mode are put forward.As an important space carrier of aging care service,the reasonable planning and configuration of community aging care service facilities have become an urgent problem to be solved.By discussing the planning of daily life circle and community elderly care service facilities,this paper studies the existing daily life circle and elderly care service facilities in the Yangtze river delta region.This paper puts forward a new idea of planning community pension service facilities from the perspective of daily life circle construction through the consideration of the allocation of community pension service facilities from the Humanistic perspective.Research based on the four major cities in the Yangtze river delta empirical research,by taking research method of field interviews,questionnaires,SD method,from the Angle of "behavior-demand-supply" perspective,14 cases communities were investigated,the characteristics of daily trip activities of elderly residents in the community,the demand for elderly services and the evaluation of the supply of existing facilities and resources were investigated.The content,activity frequency and spatial and temporal distribution of travel activities of elderly residents in the community were specifically investigated,and the cognition of existing aging service facilities,ideal demand preference and the supply and demand comparison between the two were investigated,as well as the use evaluation of the above trip activities and aging care facilities.Based on the empirical analysis of the spatio-temporal interaction of "behavior-demand-supply" in the Yangtze river delta,this study provides strategic thinking and planning methods for the planning of community aging care service facilities from the perspective of daily life.From the perspective of classification,the classification of community pension service facilities is combined with the space-timestructure of daily life circle to define the community service space unit.From the perspective of classification,the community pension service facilities are combined with the spatial and temporal contents of daily life circle to coordinate the functional configuration of the life circle,and finally the three-level community pension life circle of "Community-Neighborhood-Block" is constructed and formed.The relevant allocation and construction methods are elaborated to provide certain reference for the planning of community pension service facilities.
