Study On The Power Of Supervisors In The Ming Dynasty

The Ming Dynasty was a dynasty in which the feudal monarchy was centralized and the political structure was relatively stable.On the surface,the emperor is both the head of state and the head of government,and he has the power to be one.However,the management of the entire state affairs cannot be handed over to the emperor alone,and the heavy state affairs require a proper power structure to deal with.Since the Ming Dynasty,the emperor has basically ignored,and the quality is generally low.Although the monarchy still occupies the center in the power structure of the Ming Dynasty,the cabinet,the eunuch and the supervisors have gradually mastered the power,and the three mutually restrict each other to maintain the monarchy.From the perspective of the supervisors,the supervisors as the main body balancing the power of all parties,have a restrictive effect on the monarchical power,the cabinet power,the eunuch power and the local power in a certain historical period,and ensure that the political structure of the Ming Dynasty is basically stable.The use of the system as a guarantee of exercise of power has a different effect on restricting emperors,cabinets,eunuchs and local powers.The supervisors and the emperors,cabinet ministers and eunuchs have had fierce conflicts,and their powers have been affected by political events,such as "great ceremonies." The power of the supervisors gradually changed in the struggle against other powers,and the power structure of the Ming Dynasty was out of balance,which eventually made it difficult for the Ming Dynasty to get rid of the historical cycle law.From the perspective of power restriction,this paper uses case analysis and comparative research methods to establish a relationship between the four main subjects,the emperor,the cabinet minister,the eunuch,and the local officials.Through the slogan,the imperial emperor,the impeachment authority,the authority as well as the performance of the inspection area,the analysis of the changes in the power of the supervisors in the process of restriction,especially the gradual decline of the power of the supervisors.The reasons for the decline of the power of the supervisors are more complicated,which is related to the low status of the supervisors in the power structure,the collapse of the supervisors system and the changes in the social atmosphere.Finally,as a part of the Ming Dynasty supervision system,the study of its power can provide inspiration for China to deal with power constraints.The spiritual qualities demonstrated by the officers and the emperors,the ministers and the eunuchs are of great benefit to strengthening the ideological education of contemporary public officials.
