Study On Employment Guarantee For Landless Peasants In Vietnam

The problem of employment difficulties for land-losing farmers is a hot issue in the process of urbanization and industrialization in Vietnam,and it is also a far-reaching social development issue.In response to the employment security of land-losing farmers,Vietnam has implemented relevant policies and measures.Expanding the export of international labor,encouraging enterprises to absorb the employment of landless peasants,carrying out employment transfer training,and developing cultural industries are the countermeasures currently targeted by Vietnam for the employment of landless peasants.However,from the practical results of practice,employment information is not smooth,vocational training is not targeted,and the willingness of land-losing farmers to start their own businesses is insufficient,resulting in a difficult situation for the employment of land-losing farmers.Existing employment security measures are difficult to effectively solve the employment problems of land-losing farmers,and the number and quality of employment security measures still need to be further increased and improved.This paper analyzes the system safeguard measures established by China in solving the employment of landless peasants,and combines Vietnam's actual national conditions and public sentiment,and proposes that the government,enterprises and individuals participate in the construction of employment security,and eflfectively solve the practical problems of the employment difficulties of landless peasants.We will focus on building a sound employment law,regulations,and guarantee mechanism,and guarantee the employment security mechanism for land-losing farmers from the legal level.Expand diversified employment channels,integrate employment resources of government,enterprises and individuals to promote the re-employment of land-losing farmers.Guide Vietnam's domestic market-oriented and professional employment service system to provide employment and farmers with professional and efficient employment assistance.In addition,domestic and foreign-funded enterprises in Vietnam should also take the initiative to provide more and more suitable jobs for land-losing farmers,strengthen pre-employment skills training,and establish career development plans for land-losing farmers to ensure their long-term development.Land-losing farmers themselves must further change their employment concept,take the initiative to learn to improve their own quality and skills,and boldly try to start their own businesses and win the initiative for survival and development.In short,we will work together to promote the establishment and implementation of employment security for landless farmers in Vietnam,and ensure the smooth development of urbanization and industrialization in Vietnam.
