In the era of rapid development of Internet technology,the daily work of the government is more and more closely dependent on the Internet.With the popularization of new products such as APP,WeChat and public account,the development of government affairs system is more and more diversified.With the rapid development of information technology,the number of systems within the government has increased exponentially,and various departments have developed from the original single system office to multi-system and multi-platform office.How to effectively integrate the existing information system and carry out cross-platform and cross-terminal data exchange has become the common,basic and critical requirement of distributed applications in the network environmentThis thesis first analyzes the trend of the development of e-government system informatization at home and abroad.Taking the development of data exchange platform of government cloud resource management system as an example,this thesis conducts demand analysis from functional and non-functional requirements of government information system respectively.Through the analysis of the various data exchange technology,ETL and front-end exchange requires the introduction of third-party tools,which have high requirements on the deployment environment,high coupling and cost,and are suitable for the exchange needs of large quantities,low real-time requirements,and no complex transformation of data structure,Web Service has the advantages of low cost,cross terminal,cross platform,strong flexibility,loose coupling and high code reusability in data exchange.It has been popular since its birth.With the birth of Web2.0 and the advent of cloud computing era,the advantages of SOA architecture are more obvious,and Web Service plays an important role in the basic technology implementation of SOA.Through the analysis of the differences between SOAP Web Service and RESTful Web Service,it can be seen that although the SOAP Web Service technical solution has been mature,but REST because of its simple architecture and strong scalability is more and more favored by developers,RESTful Web Service is also gradually surpassing SOAP Web Service as one of the important implementations of SOA.In the rapid development of Internet,the architecture of software systems is changing rapidly,the challenges faced by the traditional B/S architecture in the development of information technology are pointed out.Microservice architecture is perfect for system integration because of its flexibility and high scalability.For upgrading has been running system down to the high cost,cost constraints and other objective factors,this thesis is based on the above analysis and research,With the combination of SOA technology and Microservice technology,based on the RESTful Web Service,it designs and implements REST resources for project management,resource management,maintenance application and other core businesses of government cloud platform.Design and implement the service registry,service gateway,authority audit and unified authentication,unified messaging and other basic support service modules.In order to facilitate the unified monitoring and management of the data exchange platform,the functions of the management side such as logging and performance monitoring are provided.In order to improve the compatibility and extensibility of the system,the client of data exchange platform is designed to include RESTful Web Service and SOAP Web Service,to meet the data exchange requirements of different units and platforms respectively,and to conduct unit test and interface functional test on the data exchange platform.Finally,a low cost and extensible distributed data exchange platform is designed,which can meet the real-time,secure and accurate data exchange and resource sharing requirements among different terminals of various business systems.While maintaining the original system,it is compatible with the new data exchange platform,and the system architecture of the cloud platform is gradually upgraded to make full use of the existing resources and adapt to the constantly updated resource sharing needs in the future.
