The Research On Youth Entrepreneurship In The New Era

In recent years,there have been waves of youth entrepreneurship throughout the country.Especially from Prime Minister Li Keqiang' s call of"mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship" at the Davos Forum in September 2014 to the 19th National Congress,China has stepped into the historical period of the new era.The young entrepreneurs have been fully stimulated and their entrepreneurship has been greatly developed.Accordingly,the research results on youth entrepreneurship renew continuously.Party and government departments,scientific research institutions in Colleges and universities,folk think tanks and so on have included youth entrepreneurship as an important topic.However,the content of the study can be summarized as high-rise macro-comments and summary reports of propaganda articles,the content of the study is difficult to meet the practical needs,research methods are difficult to conduct a relatively complete survey of young entrepreneurship groups.Therefore,in order to understand the real situation of youth entrepreneurship,analyze the deep-seated problems and provide decision-making reference for the party and government departments and youth entrepreneurship groups,we must identify representative youth entrepreneurship groups to carry out research,make full use of relevant departments and institutions serving youth entrepreneurship groups,excavate the essence of the problem through first-hand information,and propose universal and innovative solutions and effective route.The first part of this paper is the introduction.Firstly,it elaborates the background and significance of empirical research on youth entrepreneurship in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Chongqing.Secondly,it summarizes the main research results of experts and scholars in China and abroad,and comments on the willingness and attitude of youth entrepreneurship,the education and training of youth entrepreneurship,the financing problem of youth entrepreneurship,the policy measures of youth entrepreneurship and the typical regional research of youth entrepreneurship.It also points out that in the future,youth entrepreneurship research will tend to be more elaborate,research methods will be more diversified,empirical research will become more and more important,and research focus will change from government to market.Finally,the research methods,technical routes and innovations of the paper are described.The second part of this paper is an overview of the current situation of youth entrepreneurship in the new era.Firstly,the core concepts of the new era,youth,entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship youth are analyzed.Secondly,based on the survey data,the identity,ideological and behavioral characteristics of young entrepreneurs are discussed,and the entrepreneurship ecology of young entrepreneurs is emphatically elaborated.The different environments and main trends of young entrepreneurship in Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Chongqing are sorted out,and four ecological maps of young entrepreneurship are outlined.The third part of this paper is the analysis of the dilemma and causes of youth entrepreneurship in the new era.Firstly,it discusses the new difficulties and problems different from the previous entrepreneurship problems and other entrepreneurship groups from four dimensions:asymmetric information channels for youth entrepreneurship,uneven funds for youth entrepreneurship,difficult interaction between youth entrepreneurship and the government,and the decline of youth entrepreneurship towards stigmatization.Secondly,the causes of these dilemmas are discussed,and the root causes of the problems are explored from the six levels of policy,funds,government,society,information and discourse.The fourth part of this paper is the path choice of youth entrepreneurship.It first discusses the development of youth entrepreneurship and the work innovation of the Communist Youth League.It puts forward the basic path of talent strategy,support fund,incubation base and professional training from the level of incentives,and innovates the joint mechanism,Re-Entrepreneurship mechanism,social security mechanism,psychological security mechanism and environment security mechanism from the level of security measures.Then it puts forward the idea of building geo-characteristic alliance,elaborates the game rules of policy interoperability,talent sharing,project alliance and interests,and suggests that geo-characteristics,cultural characteristics,minority characteristics,university characteristics and political characteristics should be built as the focus of youth entrepreneurship.
