The Research On The Role Of Daxing Communist Youth League In Youth Innovation And Entrepreneurship

With the development of the new normal economy of China,the public innovation of the public has been given more responsibility,and it has become one of the engines of stabilizing the structure and enhancing the endogenous driving force of economic growth.It can be said that innovation and entrepreneurship have been strongly supported by the state.In the whole society,the public is enthusiastic about innovation and entrepreneurship.Although young entrepreneurs in China are more active in their activities,their overall entrepreneurship rate is low,lack of entrepreneurial resources and lack of innovation ability.This paper,taking the Daxing Communist Youth League as the research object,uses the theory of market failure and government failure,the theory of public governance,the theory of non-profit organization and so on,and adopts the questionnaire,interview and comparison methods to analyze the present situation of the youth entrepreneurship in Daxing Communist Youth League,and then points out the existence of the youth entrepreneurial work in the Youth League.The main problems are as follows:the enthusiasm of the financial institutions on young venture loans is not high,the methods of serving young people are not scientific,the training of youth training is not high,and the quality of the young entrepreneurial probation base is not high.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of the youth entrepreneurship work of Daxing Communist Youth League,including the lack of comprehensive assistance for young entrepreneurs,the implementation of entrepreneurship policies and the inadequate maintenance of rights services,the poor management of youth training institutions and the lack of long-term mechanism.Finally,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the Youth League in serving youth entrepreneurship:break the bottleneck of financing,establish a perfect service system for young people,strengthen the training to enhance the entrepreneurial ability of young people,and strengthen the construction of the support platform for social services.Through the analysis of the innovation work carrier and organizational structure of the Youth League in helping the Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper hopes to enlighten the other youth affairs work units and organizations to better improve the innovation and Entrepreneurship of the youth group,and make certain efforts and contributions to solve the problem of youth creation in China.
