Research On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Information Service Of Government WeChat Public Platform

The advent of WeChat in 2011 quickly became the most popular social media in China.The government department also discovered the advantages of WeChat public number through the extensive application of WeChat,and it can become an important carrier of government service.It can not only push relevant information to the public,but also can carry out with the public.Communicate in real time to guide public opinion and provide convenient services to the public.With the continuous improvement of WeChat,the rapid development of the government WeChat public platform has become an important turning point of e-government,and together with Weibo has become the most important channel for government departments to promote the development of e-government.Government departments are constantly studying the major advantages of using the new media of the government WeChat public platform,optimizing the way of government service,and continuously improving the public's satisfaction.At present,providing the public with more fair,convenient and efficient public services is an important issue that is urgently faced by various government departments.This paper focuses on the public satisfaction evaluation of the information service of the government WeChat public platform,as follows:First of all,this paper takes the research background,purpose and significance of the public service satisfaction evaluation of the government WeChat public platform as the starting point,By combing and analyzing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,The theoretical basis of public service satisfaction of information service,then expounds the related concepts of government WeChat,and defines the connotation,principle,content and method of information service.From the perspective of public satisfaction,it analyzes the information of public platform affecting government WeChat.Service factor.Secondly,the model and theory of classic customer satisfaction are studied.The rough set theory is introduced to analyze the scientificity of the public satisfaction evaluation constructed in this paper.The evaluation system is established,which lays a foundation for the subsequent case study.Finally,based on the public satisfaction evaluation system of the information service of the government WeChat public platform based on the previous article,the 14 government WeChat public platforms under the authority of relevant government departments in Changsha City,Hunan Province are used as research objects,and a set of scientific data collection and The processing method verifies the scientific rationality of the model constructed in this paper.According to the results of the example,countermeasures to improve public satisfaction are proposed.
