Research On Improving The Service Quality Of Government Wechat Public Platform

In April 2018,the state council released The Key Work Points For Making Government Affairs Public In 2018,which stressed the need to continue to accelerate the construction of online government affairs halls at all levels of government and all departments,and to achieve the service goal of "one network access" as soon as possible.As an important mobile government service platform,government WeChat is widely accepted by the public due to its extensiveness,portability and security.It is the important channel of government to provide convenient services to the public,but as a result of the government affairs WeChat belongs to the emerging service platform,provide convenient service for the public in some deficiencies and defects in the process of finding and solving these deficiencies and defects can help improve the service quality of government affairs WeChat public platform?China's e-government WeChat public platform in order to be able to in-depth analysis of the existing deficiencies,this paper consulted in recent years,China's e-government WeChat about current situation of the development of data analysis,selection of the central committee and government of xinjiang province,zhejiang province,Shanxi Province,and general office,public security,health,tourism accounts of these four kinds of the most close to people's livelihood observation analysis,from the platform design and management services,and information release in the face of these accounts of the existing defects and shortcomings are summarized,and proposed the corresponding solution measures.Through the observation and comparative analysis of the selected government WeChat public platform,this paper finds that the service quality of government WeChat public platform varies greatly among different regions in China,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.In order to shorten these gaps and improve the overall level of service quality of China's government affairs WeChat public platform,we must optimize the platform design,improve the service level,improve the information release mechanism and strengthen the related supporting mechanism construction...
