Research On Service Optimization Of Local Government Government WeChat Public Platform

As an emerging information service tool,the government WeChat public platform has gained wide public attention since its establishment in 2012.Due to its high privacy,convenience,pertinence and responsiveness,the government WeChat public platform is The gradual development has become an important carrier for government information dissemination and public service provision,opening up a new path for the shaping of government image.The local governments are constantly experimenting and exploring how to use the government WeChat public platform to fill the daily demands of users,narrow the distance between the government and the public,enhance the public's trust in the government,and shape the image of the government.Taking the “Changsha Traffic Police”,“Changsha Education”,“Changsha People's Society 12333” and “Changsha Housing Provident Fund” four people's daily use of the government WeChat public number as the research object,randomly selected the news published within two months as a sample From the three dimensions of information release,service provision and interactive communication,the current situation of the operation and management of these four government WeChat public accounts is studied.The study found that there are still some serious problems in the development of Changsha Municipal Affairs WeChat: such as heavy“release” and “service”,the core advantages are not played;the quality of information is mixed,the release form is relatively simple;the feedback is slow and the interaction is lacking,and there is no effective communication.The account has low visibility and insufficient influence.The main reasons for these problems are: lack of government service awareness,unclear functional positioning of government WeChat;lack of supporting resources,lack of professional operation team;lack of promotion of government WeChat and lack of government WeChat Four aspects of supervision and evaluation mechanism.According to the current problems and reasons of the government WeChat public platform service,we should start from improving the government WeChat information release quality,strengthening the government WeChat service delivery function,improving the government WeChat interactive communication mechanism,and establishing the government WeChat operationmanagement mechanism to improve the government WeChat public platform.The operational management status to better play the functional role of the government WeChat public platform.
