Research On The Ideological And Political Work Of The Party Branch Of The Private Enterprises

As a strong fighting force of market economy in China,private enterprises have been expanding in scale and increasing in number of employees,accounting for an increasing proportion in China's economy.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the ideological and political work of party branches in private enterprises is gradually improved with the overall strengthening of party leadership and the continuous deepening of the overall strict party governance,but there are still some problems that need to be further improved.Dealing well in the ideological and political work of private enterprises is an important means to expand the coverage of the party and maintain the core leadership of the party,as well as an inevitable requirement for the healthy development and maintaining the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studies the ideological and political work of the party branch in private enterprises through literature research,listening to reports,questionnaire survey,data analysis.Firstly,this paper defines the core concepts related to the ideological and political work of the party branch in private enterprises and summarizes the connotation and function of its work through consulting a large number of literature.Secondly,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey,finds the main difficulties of the ideological and political work of the party branch in private enterprises based on the data analysis of the questionnaire,such as the difficulty in building the party member team,the insufficient role of the ideological and political work of the party branch,the imperfect structure of the party branch,and the lack of resources for the construction of ideological and political work,which is explained that the reasons are due to the strong mobility of enterprise staff,the enterprise's ideological and political work is not strong targeted,the understanding of the enterprise leadership failed to adapt to the requirements of the new era,the enterprise's party branch overall planning ability is insufficient,Starting from the basic information of the respondents,the method of carrying out the ideological and political work of the party branch of the enterprise,the respondents' cognition of the ideological and political work of the party branch and the current situation of the ideological and political work of the party branch.Finally,this paper puts forward comprehensive strategy to strengthen the construction of the party branch of ideological and political work,starts from the four aspects of clarifying the importance of the ideological and political work of the party branch of the private enterprise,perfecting the mechanism of the ideological and political work of the party branch of the private enterprise,innovating the construction of the ideological and political work of the party branch of the private enterprise,and guaranteeing the ideological and political work of the party branch of the private enterprise,so as to promote the common development and progress of the ideological and political work of the private enterprise and its party branch.
