Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Promoting Mobile Internet+ Government Services In Shenzhen

With the rapid development of China's mobile Internet technology,Informatization has played a great role in promoting the construction of service-oriented government in China,but also posed a formidable challenge to the traditional government management model.Following the development of the social situation,the government has actively promoted the construction process of "mobile Internet + government services",providing efficient and convenient government services to the public through administrative micro-blog,government WeChat and government APP.This not only improves the governance capability of the government,but also provides better public services.However,at present,the development of mobile Internet + government services in China is not yet mature.In the actual implementation process,there are some problems such as incomplete construction of mobile e-government platform,lack of professional talents and information security.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth and systematic research on China's "mobile Internet + political services".Under this background,this paper chooses the development status and Countermeasures of "mobile Internet + government services" in Shenzhen,which can provide theoretical reference and reference for the government to make decisions and follow up scholars' research.Under the guidance of the theory of new public service and the theory of service-oriented government,this paper summarizes the relevant concepts of mobile Internet and government services.It focuses on the domestic and foreign research literature on "mobile Internet + government services",and combines three aspects of Shenzhen's current government affairs micro-blog,government WeChat and government APP.This paper introduces the development status of "mobile Internet + government services" in Shenzhen,and makes a detailed questionnaire survey on the use of "mobile Internet + government services" in Shenzhen at the present stage.It also thoroughly analyzes the problems and causes of the construction and operation of mobile Internet + government services in Shenzhen,combining with the advanced mobile interaction between foreign countries and China.Based on the experience of Shenzhen,according to the reality of the city of Shenzhen,the paper puts forward six aspects to further promote the development of "mobile Internet + government services" in terms of strengthening top-level planning and design,increasing capital investment,improving relevant legal systems,attaching importance to information security management,training e-government trips and integrating information technology support.Through this study,we can understand the development of mobile Internet + government services in a more profound and thorough way,and explore a more mature and sound mobile e-government system suitable for China's local development,so as to promote the rapid development of China's mobile e-government.
