With the rapid development of Internet technology,the element of "Internet+" has been gradually integrated into all aspects of social life.In the field of government reform,the Internet has become an important driving force for innovation and development.The deep integration of Internet technology and government resources,the promotion of diversification of government services,and the diversification and synergy of government governance subjects is a strategic goal of government reform from the central to local governments,and an important task that coalesces the expectations of the public.As a typical resource-based city,the transformation of resource-based economy is the only way to its development in D city.In recent years,the soft environment for the development of government services in D city has been optimized and improved to a certain extent through the reform of institutional mechanism,the introduction of "Internet+" government services promotion program,the construction and optimization of municipal government services platform,and the wisdom transformation of physical halls.By conducting a survey on the satisfaction of the public in doing business online and referring to the performance of relevant data such as the evaluation index of government service capability in Shanxi Province,this thesis understands that a lot of work has been done in recent years in terms of core business combing and hardware investment and network construction in government departments in D city.However,there are still problems such as demand-oriented deviation,insufficient online government service capability,insufficient integration of e-government resources,lagging standardization,insufficient online and offline integration,low quality of information disclosure,insufficient service quality improvement,and insufficient stickiness of the government platform,which directly lead to a large amount of investment and no public recognition.In this regard,this thesis proposes to effectively establish the concept of whole government and public demand orientation,and solidly promote the "one thing at a time" reform.Strengthening national and provincial coordination,fully integrating government service resources,and breaking down information barriers from top to bottom.Take the "standardization" construction as the hand,build a standard system for administrative approval services,construct a diversified three-dimensional service system,and promote the in-depth integration of online and offline.Strengthen collaborative supervision and open up multi-faceted evaluation channels.Focus on intelligent guidance,data collaboration,data monitoring and information security,improve the wisdom of government services,make "Internet+" government services smarter and safer,and other development strategies,with a view to providing reference for the high-quality development of "Internet+" government services in D city.
