Research On "Internet + Government Service" In The Era Of Big Data

At present,citizens have more and more appeals for national governance ability and government public services,and the traditional e-government model can no longer meet the needs of the public."Internet + government services" has become one of the ways to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of public services.Especially with the arrival of the era of big data,it makes the rapid acquisition,rapid screening,quick sorting,quick matching and fast calculation of data feasible,which makes the government management process reengineering,information and data platform integration,cross-departmental resource sharing and collaboration,e-government upgrading and other aspects have strong technical support.However,at present,the technology of government data sharing and development among different government departments and regions is still immature.There are still many difficulties in interconnection,information sharing and business collaboration.There is still a big gap between the level and capacity of government online services and the real needs of citizens and enterprises.We should break down departmental barriers,promote data sharing,make use of big data analysis,process reengineering,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of government services,so as to make residents and enterprises run less errands,do better and do nothing more.In this paper,through consulting a large number of documents and materials,investigating the work of city and county level two "Internet + government service",and looking forward to the interview of the local big data center and the specific responsible departments and comrades of the government service,as well as the enterprises and the masses for the government service,the current research situation,current development situation and problems of China's "Internet + government services" are discussed under the background of the current big data era.In depth understanding,through comprehensive experience at home and abroad,put forward specific proposals to promote "Internet + government services".In this paper,how to promote "Internet + government services" as the main line of study,analyzes the current status of the Internet + government service policy system,platform and technical support,service contents,and actual effects,and thinks that there is a cognitive bias to the "Internet + government services" from the Perspective of policy support.In terms of experience,the integration of online and offline service channels needs to be strengthened;interms of form,the mobile government industry needs to be further strengthened.This paper argues that Internet thinking and service awareness is not in place,policies and regulations are lagging behind,the main body is single,and the network infrastructure is lagging behind,which is the main reason for the current problem of "Internet + government services".By analyzing the existing problems of "Internet + government services" and analyzing the causes of the problems,we should learn from the experience of E-government in developed countries such as the United States and Korea,learn from the correct understanding of "Internet + government services",strengthen top-level design,ensure system security,increase the sharing and development of large government data,promote the integration of online and offline service channels,and increase mobility.The government industry support and norms and other aspects of the proposed targeted countermeasures.In the process of concrete countermeasure analysis,this paper emphasizes the role of mobile Internet and big data sharing development,discusses how government service can break through the traditional government website service system by using mobile Internet and big data analysis,and puts forward the viewpoint that the government should make great efforts in top-level design,provide more effective system supply,and avoid the situation that the upper and lower departments are separated from each other.This will provide a useful reference and reference for the government to promote "Internet +government services".
