As the construction of democracy and law continues to progress in China,people have increasingly strong awareness of being informed,participation,expression and supervision,so administrative information disclosure as an important measure for building a law-based government can effectively strengthen the credibility and executive ability of the government and drives the power to operate in public,which is conducive to the construction of harmonious socialist society.There are a certain number of studies on administrative information disclosure in the academic circle,which mostly focus on the macro field but pay less attention to the market regulator.Focused on the public satisfaction with administrative information disclosure and based on the case study of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation,this research followed the idea "raise the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem" to summarize the status quo of construction of administrative information disclosure by the market regulator and drew on the management experience of other cities in the construction of administrative information disclosure to propose the measures and solution to improve administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation.This research consists of seven parts.The first part introduces the background,significance,contents,framework,methods and innovations of the research and reviews the research status in China and overseas.The second part describes the concept definition and theoretical basis,and the third part constructs the public satisfaction index.The fourth part is an empirical study in which questionnaires are used to collect the values of public expectation and perception of administrative information disclosure and a statistical analysis is made to find out the problems existing in administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation.The fifth part analyzes the typical experiences,which draws on the advanced experience of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong to improve the ability to solve problems of administrative information disclosure.The sixth part proposes strategies to improve the public satisfaction with administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation,and the seventh part draws a conclusion and proposes research prospects.Based on the scientific theory,this research followed investigation paradigm and built the service quality model as the framework to construct the initial public satisfaction index for administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation,which was then amended through expert and public interviews.Questionnaires were designed for investigation and study,and SPSS was used for reliability analysis,validity analysis,mean comparison and significance analysis,which showed the gap between public perception and expectation for administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation,that is,responsiveness>reliability>tangibles>assurance>empathy.The public satisfaction with administrative information disclosure of Tianjin Administration for Market Regulation can be improved in the following five aspects.First,the administration disclosure and participation mechanism can be improved to narrow the gap in responsiveness.Second,organizational guarantee can be strengthened to narrow the gap in reliability.Third,the supervision of administrative information disclosure can be reinforced to narrow the gap in tangibles.Fourth,the ability to deal with public opinion can be improved to narrow the gap in assurance.Finally,information in key areas can be disclosed to narrow the gap in empathy.
