With the development of economy,credit sales mode has been gradually applied to various industries,which has played a more active role in improving product market share,increasing sales volume and obtaining customers,especially in the field of automobile sales.Due to the characteristics of high unit price,high storage and high logistics requirements of automobile products,credit sales has become an important channel of automobile marketing.However,on the other hand,credit sales also bring new potential risks to vehicle manufacturers,affecting the sustainable and healthy development of vehicle manufacturers.From the perspective of vehicle manufacturers,this thesis takes dealer credit management as the object to study the credit limit and credit risk identification of dealers.The specific research work is as follows:(1)In order to determine the credit limit of dealers,this thesis constructs a time series support vector regression algorithm model.Firstly,the phase space of the time series of credit data was reconstructed,and then support vector regression was conducted with the reconstructed phase point data to predict the credit limit of dealers and provide decision-making basis for credit sales.In the case simulation with matlab,the root-mean-square error(RMSE)was calculated by using the time series support vector regression algorithm,and the validity of the algorithm model was verified by comparing the results.(2)Aiming at identifying the credit risk of dealers,this thesis analyzes the credit risk factors with the theory of system dynamics,establishes the causal association diagram of each risk factor with vensim software,and analyze the impact of credit risk factors.Then,after measuring the credit risk score,the adjustment coefficient of the credit limit is determined,so as to make the final adjustment of the predicted credit limit.Finally,according to the "3+1" credit risk management mode and the work requirements of credit management of dealers,this thesis puts forward the management opinions at all stages for the credit risk control problems.(3)Aiming at the management of information system,the distributor credit management system is redeveloped by using the " YIKU Intelligent Collaborative Development Platform",and a dealer credit management system is developed according to the specific requirements of credit limit and risk control.
