On The Political Guarantee Of Improving Credibility Of The Court

The improvement of Credibility of the Court is an important goal of the rule of law in a country.It is also the basic measure for building a well-off society in an all-round way and deepening reform and opening up.Credibility of the Court is the fundamental measure of judicial system reform.At present,the theoretical research on improving Credibility of the Court mostly focuses on the three aspects of system reform,subject quality and social support,and lacks systematic research and discussion on the political guarantee for improving Credibility of the Court.From the perspective of the relationship between the judiciary and the politics,this paper believes that the improvement of Credibility of the Court should be subject to political leadership and have some initiative.The paper divides the political guarantee of improving the credibility of the judiciary into three specific ways:political leadership,political tolerance,and political support:political leadership refers to leading the judicial direction and integrating social resources through party leadership;political tolerance refers to giving the judicial organs an independent political status and full political function;political support means ensuring the fulfillment and performance of judicial decisions through the respect and cooperation of other state organs in the work of the judiciary.The three specific ways of political security can improve the ecological environment in which the judicial organs are located from the outside,promote the institutional reform of the judicial organs from the inside,and enhance the protection of the judicial subjects.Based on political security,the improvement of Credibility of the Court has both internal and external effects.It can be said that political security is the fundamental way to improve Credibility of the Court.
