Research On The Cultivation Of Xinxiangxian Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China is currently in an important period of decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important decision to promote the further development of rural areas,and it is necessary to pool the forces of the whole society and strengthen the support of talents for rural revitalization.To cultivate high-quality "Agriculture,Rural area,Peasant" talents,Xinxiangxian is one of the talents that can promote the revitalization of rural areas.On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper compares Xinxiangxian with the traditional Xianxian,and sums up four new characteristics of Xinxiangxian.Xinxiangxian is defined as the emergence of rural rejuvenation and construction process of outstanding personnel in various fields.Combining with the current development reality,this paper analyzes the important functions of Xinxiangxian in five aspects: rural industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,and affirms the positive role and important position of Xinxiangxian.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,Xinxiangxian still faces many difficulties,mainly because the enthusiasm of Xinxiangxian to participate in Rural revitalization is not enough,the construction of Xinxiangxian team needs to be strengthened urgently,and the role of Xinxiangxian is difficult to be brought into play effectively.The reasons can be summed up as three points: one is the lack of understanding of the role of some subjects in the countryside to the new villagers,the other is the low attractiveness of the villages,and the third is the system and mechanism of the construction of the new townships.The system is not sound.Finally,in view of the problems and reasons of the new villagers' participation in the rural revitalization,this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures,such as developing the culture of Xinxiangxian,enhancing the social identity of the new villagers,improving the conditions of the villages,and enhancing the enthusiasm of the Xinxiangxian to participate in the rural revitalization.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the platform to ensure the effective play of the role of the Xinxiangxian,to strengthen the construction of the mechanism and the construction of Xinxiangxian team,to strengthen the system construction,and to strengthen the system guarantee for Xinxiangxian to participate in the rural revitalization.Xinxiangxian have been brought into the contingent of talents for the revitalization of the countryside,and the different concepts of Xinxiangxian and Xiangxian in the traditional sense have been clarified,from the historical role of the traditional Xiangxian to the new mission of Xinxiangxian.This paper confirms the positive role of Xinxiangxian in rural revitalization,and according to the problems encountered in this process,comprehensively analyzes its deep causes,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions with reference value.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to enrich the theory of rural rejuvenation and the related theories of Xinxiangxian,to promote the cultivation and development of Xinxiangxian,and to promote the overall realization of rural revitalization.
