Engels "On Housing Problem" Research And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Since the world entered the capitalist society,the housing problem has appeared with the outbreak of the capitalist economic crisis.Engels in this article first puts forward the theory of Marxism about housing commodity economy,the theory also become we analyze the important theory of the real estate market in China.Based on Engels "on housing problem" for the text,on the one hand,Engels in the formation and development of Marxist political economics theory of plays a role,on the other hand is pointed out that the housing of Engels theory to today's socialist market economy condition the contemporary value to solve the problem of housing,so as to provide the approach to housing problem in China and path.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part examines the context in which Engels's "on housing" appeared,and points out that the historical background of Engels's housing theory is the unification of the German empire,the material basis of the rapid development of the industrial revolution,the realistic basis of the revival of Proudonism and the new requirements of the workers' movement.The state of the British working class,the poverty of philosophy and capital respectively provided abundant theoretical materials for the formation of housing theory.The second part expounds Engels'criticism of housing theories of different class positions.Engels criticized the Reformism of the petty-bourgeois socialist Milberg on the housing issue,pointing out that he confused the "housing economic relationship between workers and capitalists",the housing loan relationship theory from the perspective of"eternal fairness" and the "metaphysical" housing theory of Proudhon.At the same time,it also criticizes the bourgeois position that Sachs,the representative of the bourgeoisie,appeals to "moralizing" and the "capital logic" approach that appeals to housing solutions.On this basis,the "history" as a dimension of the housing problem,put forward the"housing commercialization" of the economic theory.Engels proposed a housing solution based on "eliminating class differences" and committed to "urban-rural integration".The third part deduces the intrinsic theoretical value and application value through the reasonable analysis of Engels's on housing problem.Engels "on housing problem"is the symbol of the Marxist theory of housing form work,with his philosophy,the comprehensive analysis of the economic and political vision,to creative use of commodity economy theory,reveals the reality of the working class housing problems of justice demands.According to the current economic and social conditions in China,and points out that the intrinsic essence of the contemporary housing shortage in our country,provides methods to recognize and solve the present our country housing problems and ideas.For example,promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,adjusting the housing supply and demand mechanism,giving full play to the advantages of the public ownership system of land and improving the social housing security system.
