A Study On Human Essence In Theses On Feuerbach

Rousseau said that the most useful and incomplete knowledge on humankind is the knowledge of human beings in A Discourse on Inequality.Rousseau's insight points to the importance of studying human problems and the inadequacy of thinkers'research on human problems.Before Marx,philosophers had been thinking about and discussing people for a long time,but on the whole,they left people's practical activities to examine people,and often confused human essence with human nature.Therefore,the problems on human being,especially on human essence,had not been solved scientifically.In the history of human thought,Marx's Theses on Feuerbach(hereinafter referred to as Theses),basing on the practice,discussed man and man's essence for the first time,and answered man's question scientifically,which realized the epoch-making change of man's essence thought.This paper will focus on the thought on the human essence in Theses,fully grasp the specific connotation of human essence in Theses,and deeply analyze its position and significance in Marxist philosophy.And guided by the thought on human essence in Theses,we can deeply grasp the realistic,concrete and historical relationship between man and man,man and nature in real life,which will provide some reference and inspiration for the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind in the new era.This paper consists of four parts:The first part:it introduces the historical background of Theses that includes it's economic,political and ideological conditions and basic structure of Theses.The second part:it traces the theoretical origin of the thought on the human essence in Theses,which mainly expounds the thought on human essence of Hegel and Feuerbach.Then,it also shows that the thought of human essence in Theses has a critical absorption for their thought.The third part:it firstly combs the development course of Marx's thought on human essence before Theses.Secondly,it summarizes the basic connotation of the thought on human essence in Theses,and then reveals the epoch-making change it has realized.At last,it clarifies the important position of the thought on human essence in Theses for the development history of Marxism.The forth part:it expounds the contemporary value of the study on human essence in Theses.Mainly basing on the practice of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the new changes and trends of the present world,and Guided by the thought on human essence in Theses,this paper provides a reference for the alleviation of the relationship between man and man,man and nature,and for the construction of a beautiful China and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
