Study On Perfection Of International Legal Regulation Of Marine Living Resources Conservation

Marine Living Resource is an important natural resource, and relates to the sustainable development of human beings. Due to overfishing and do not pay attention to protection, Marine species gradually reduce and dries up. No rules no fangyuan, Marine biological resources needs the protection of the law. Since the1970 s, a series of international legal documents have passed by the international community. These international legal documents Played an important role in the history of protection of Marine Living Resources. However, Marine Living Resources protection of international law regulation has yet to be perfected. The text is divided into four parts. In the first part, I discussed the present situation of the international protection of the Marine organisms, and fishery resources are also elaborated, whales,seals and other Marine organisms resources protection on international law regulation.The second and the third part are the core content of the article,in this part,I analyzed the deficiency of the Marine biological conservation international law regulation, and put forward some perfecting Suggestions. At the end of the article, I combined with the present situation of our Marine conservation biology, pointed out the deficiency in Marine biological resources protection in China, and based on the experience of the international Marine biological resources protection, for the protection of the Marine Living Resources in our country and put forward some reference Suggestions.
