Research On Farmer Participation Mechanism In Rural Environment Governance

At present,the rural economy is growing at a high speed,the number of rural domestic garbage is increasing,and the living environment in rural areas is deteriorating,which seriously affects the living of farmers.Local governments vigorously implement the rural clean project strategy,the situation of ecological environment has been improved to a certain extent,but in the process of implementing the policy,there are still many difficulties.From the perspective of peasant households,this study investigates the current situation of peasants participating in the living garbage governance of rural clean project in Yangxi Town and studies farmer participation mechanism in rural environment governance with the help of public goods theory,new public service theory,public participation theory and cooperative theory.Although there are many favorable conditions for farmers to participate in rural garbage governance,due to the constraints of farmers themselves and the external environment,the participation of farmers in rural garbage governance has not achieved good results.Therefore,we explore the farmers' driving force of participating in the supply and construct the dynamic mechanism,implement mechanism and guarantee mechanism.At last,we give some advices,improving rural environmental protection education,raising farmers' awareness,increasing capital investment,improving the material basis of governance,cultivating community public space,highlighting the participation of farmers,perfecting the legal system,strengthening the evaluation and supervision mechanism.
