| With the rapid development of Chinses social economy and the acceleration of industrialization,the lifestyle of rural residents has experienced tremendous changes,which has been highlighted by environmental pollution and environmental damage.According to the Ministry of Health,people daily output of household garbage is 0.86 kg.From this calculation,the annual output of rural domestic garbage in Gansu is about 8.83 million tons,and the discharge of domestic garbage is increasing at an annual rate of 8%-10%.This shows that the management of rural domestic waste has become a top priority.The management of rural domestic waste is universal and complex,involving a wide range of farmers' personal,collective and social interests.This requires introducing the public,especially rural villagers,into the governance system of rural domestic garbage,encouraging and protecting public participation.The government should negotiates with the public.To stimulate the mechanism motivation of public participation and determine the standards and priorities for domestic waste management based on the needs of the rural public.While raising public awareness of environmental protection,respecting the public's will and expressing their own environmental interests,releasing their participation in the governance space,and gradually forming a bottom-up public participation process in rural domestic waste management.Based on effective public participation in decision-Thomas model,combined with field interviews and questionnaires,statistical analysis,for the current Temple Beach Township municipal solid waste management public participation mode exists in the field of participation,participatory approach and involvement of security and the level of participation and other issues,It will help promote the development of rural domestic waste management to the public's voluntary participation model,so as to ensure the further realization of the goal of reducing,harmless rural garbage management. |
