Study On The Participation Of Lijiazhuang Farmers Association In Rural Governance In Fenyang City

With the continuous development of our country's economy and society,the overall planning work for urban and rural areas has continued to advance.The rural governance system,which is an important part of the national governance system,has been unable to adapt to the actual conditions and development requirements of the current countryside.In response to rural governance,the party's Nineteenth National Congress proposed the “Building a Social Governance Pattern for Joint Governance,Sharing,and Sharing,” and encouraged the establishment of an organic governance system that integrates “rule of law,rule of ethics,and autonomy”,and promotes the implementation of a rural revitalization strategy.At present,various kinds of social organizations in rural areas in our country are flourishing,and are active in various fields such as cooperation economy,cultural life,environmental protection,and public services in rural areas.On the basis of the village self-government system,the unique advantages and organizational resources of the organization are exerted to inject new vigor and vitality into the development of the countryside.Practice has proved that public welfare and mutual assistance rural social organizations play an important role in promoting rural economic development,improving rural public service construction,and promoting rural governance.This article starts with the concept of rural governance and rural social organization,based on the theory of civil society and multi-center governance,through an on-site inspection of the Lijiazhuang Farmers Association in Fenyang City,Shanxi Province,to observe its achievements in participating in rural governance practices.It discovers its problems,analyzes the major factors that restrict its development,and then proposes solutions to problems.Through the case analysis of the Lijiazhuang Farmers Association,we hope to provide reference for the participation of rural social organizations in rural governance in China.Through research visits,we found that after more than ten years of development,the Lijiazhuang Farmers Association in Fenyang City of Shanxi Province has played an active role in rural governance,such as: carrying out public education,public cultural activities,rural moral cultivation activities,and development of organic Agriculture and so on.At the same time,rural social organizations also face problems in rural governance.First,their independence is not strong,mainly reflected in the economy is not independent,the political status is low;Second,the ability to participate in rural governance is insufficient,mainly reflected in the shortage of funds in economic mutual assistance.Very limited,the professional level of the members of the organization,the level of education is not high;Third,the organizational structure is relatively loose,lack of a sound management mechanism;Fourth,the villagers' recognition of the farmers' association is not high,the motivation of the members to join is not clear,not pure.Based on in-depth analysis of the problems found in the survey,we believe that we should start with the government,social organizations,and peasant masses to create a good social atmosphere for the development of rural social organizations and raise the awareness of the peasants through publicity and promotion.The government gives support to rural social organizations,guides them,and regulates them in terms of systems,giving them an inclination in terms of resources and policies.This article uses literature research methods,empirical analysis methods,interviews and other research methods to study rural social organizations in rural governance.In the structure,this article is started with an introduction and is divided into five parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background,significance,methods,domestic and foreign research review and innovation points of this article;the second part expounds the related concepts of rural governance and rural social organization.And the theoretical support;the third part mainly introduces the basic situation of rural governance of the Lijiazhuang Farmers Association of Fenyang City,Shanxi Province;the fourth part focuses on the problems existing in the rural governance of the Lijiazhuang Farmers Association and the In-depth analysis;the fifth part provides feasibility advice on the participation of farmers' associations in rural governance from three aspects: government,social organizations,and peasants.
