Good communication is indispensable when doing business in the 21 st Century.It is connected to the fact that most corporations operate worldwide.Multinational companies can encounter many problems when maintaining its global coordination.They often face linguistic and cultural differences.Undermining language management significance has a direct impact on businesses.All multinational companies need to apply solutions to the problem of language barriers and their communication weaknesses.Although there is a wide range of different strategies that can be adopted by corporations to enhance business performance on the global market,many companies are not fully aware and consider those strategies unimportant.This study aims to identify,illustrate and analyze the most frequent problems and present a few options to improve language management and thus increase a company‘s competitive advantage.The graduation thesis is composed of eight chapters,each of them dealing with different aspect of international management,business and international communication.Qualitative research method was used;three research data investigation were chosen,they are in-depth interview,content analysis and case study research.Content analysis method was also used to process and analyze research data.Chapter 1 is introductory and defines the role of trade abroad and international management.The chapter is subdivided into two parts.Part 1 describes the background of the study.Part 2 deals with the significance of it.Chapter 2 reviews the literature on the subject.Chapter 3 deals with the research methodology,data findings and data analysis.Chapter 4 concentrates on international business and management.Part 1 describes concept and problems of international management.Part 2 defines the tasks of international management.Part 3 is on national differences and international management.Part 4 talks about international management of multinational companies.Chapter 5 examines language and cultural problems.It is subdivided into three four parts.Part 1 illustrates managing overseas.Part 2 looks at the dimensions of the language barrier.Part 3 aims on measuring the language barrier dimensions.Part 4 talks about the impact of the language barrier.Chapter 6 provides an outline of Russia and China trade relations.The chapter consists of two parts.Part 1 focuses on these relations at the present stage.Part 2 investigates relations of China and the republic of Bashkortostan.Chapter 7 comprises all data and information about Russian and Chinese relations.Part 1 defines these two countries in terms of Hofstede`s cultural classification.Part 2 addresses the issue of the research,investigating the data and analyzing it.Conclusions are drawn in the Chapter 8.References list consists of 83 units.
