Research On The Legal Protection Of Language Rights Of International Migrants

With the development of society,language as a tool for communication between people has gradually become a right and exists,and the specific content of language rights also affects a country's human rights protection,cultural diversity and even national security.Compared with language rights,It is said that the subject has a limited scope of international immigration language rights,and in the current period of frequent international population movements,it is of more unique value to define and safeguard it.However,due to China's absence of laws to protect the language rights of international migrants,China is unable to provide corresponding legal guarantees for its language rights when faced with an increasing number of international migrants.It can only exist as a moral right,which has increased It is difficult for international migrants to integrate into our country.Therefore,China urgently needs to guarantee the language rights of international migrants.The author takes five chapters as the content for detailed analysis.The first chapter analyzes the language rights of international migrants on the basis of defining the concepts.It concludes that international migrants have the right to use and choose the language in four areas: public life,social and cultural life,judicial activities,rights protection,and education.Rights and the right to obtain translation can be detailed into individual rights and group rights,tolerant rights and advocacy rights.The second chapter analyzes the legal principles of the protection of rights,and believes that the need for the protection of language rights can be analyzed from the aspects of human rights protection,promotion of cultural diversity,and national security.The third chapter focuses on the United Nations human rights conventions and regional human rights instruments as the content of the protection of language rights of human rights.Based on the analysis of the protection of language rights in four areas,such as education,it emphasizes the different rights held by different rights subjects.The fourth chapter analyzes the legal protection of the language rights of international immigrants in the United States,Canada,and Australia,and focuses on the conclusion that nationalobligations and national interests should be emphasized when protecting rights.The fifth chapter analyzes the inadequacy and improvement of the legal protection of the language rights of international immigrants in our country.It considers that there is a problem of legal absence in China,and combines international standards and foreign experience to protect China's international immigration from the three aspects of legislation,law enforcement and justice.The right to use the language,choose the right,and get the right to translate.
