Since the reform and opening up,the living standards of our people have been greatly improved and the medical and health undertakings have made remarkable progress, which has led to the continuous extension of life expectancy in China. At the same time, the family planning policy that has been in operation for more than 30 years has greatly reduced the fertility rate in China, the number of new births has been decreasing, and the number of elderly people has been increasing, which has accelerated the entry of China into an aging society. The majority of young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas are more aging because they mostly go to work in cities. In the face of the status quo of the old and the old,how to establish a sound old-age security system so that every elderly person can be raised has become a social problem that needs to be solved.Rural seniors face the problems of their children not being around, the consumption of commercial old-age services is not enough, and the local government's financial resources are limited. Most elderly people are left unattended and encourage local and non-governmental organizations with non-governmental and non-profit nature.Providing old-age care services in rural areas has strong practical feasibility. This paper analyzes the current model of rural pension services in some parts of China by collecting the current beneficial practices of NGOs participating in rural pension services, and finds out the problems and causes exposed by NGOs in specific pension service practices.Propose countermeasures in a targeted manner.By analyzing the status quo of NGO participation in rural pension services, this paper considers that it is necessary and feasible to guide and encourage NGOs to provide relevant services in the rural pension service market. However,as far as the current status quo is concerned, there are still many problems such as the small number of NGOs,the small scale, the lack of specialization, and the lack of talent and financial support. In this regard, this paper suggests that, first of all,the local government should increase the policy and financial support of NGOs to provide aged care services;secondly,NGOs must constantly improve their organizational construction and remuneration packages;third, including grassroots governments. All sectors of society must give NGOs the respect and status they deserve.Non-governmental organizations themselves must also establish an image awarenessand eliminate the misunderstanding and distrust of rural residents.
