Research On The Problem Of Rural Home Care Services In Rural Areas Of Jincheng City, Shanxi Province

National Health and Family Planning Commission in April 2017 issued the "13th Five-Year healthy aging plan",and proposed the China's health and education plan for the elderly in 5 years.It predicts that in 2020,the elderly population over 60 will reach 255 million in China,accounting for about 17.8% of the total population.The aging phenomenon in rural areas is very serious.The mode of home care in rural areas has made "the rural elderly return to family and village collective",which has become the way of old-age care for the rural elderly in most Chinese cities.In this paper,the investigation and analysis method and case interview method are used to investigate and analyze the old-age service for the elderly in the rural areas of Jincheng,Shanxi province.We divided the administrative villages into three types: agricultural villages,industrial villages and tourism villages.The questionnaire mainly analyzes the practice of home-based care services,elderly pension options,the elderly of home-based care services needs of the project,the elderly spiritual entertainment activities,service station daycare center basic conditions of satisfaction evaluation,rural home care service professional reserve and basic medical care service rural home-based care services satisfaction evaluation.From the related policies,the main body composition,the object division,the personnel composition and the specific content,the present status of the rural home care service in Jincheng,Shanxi province is analyzed.The investigation found some problems and causes,and provided some feasible countermeasures to solve the problems of rural home care in Jincheng,Shanxi,so as to provide some references for other areas to develop home care services in rural areas.
