Study On The Equalization Of Basic Public Services About Rural Areas Of Sog County Nagqu City In Tibet

Since the reform and opening up of our country,the economy has been developing continuously and the level of socialist modernization has been further improved,achieving remarkable achievements in all fields.However,due to the influence of China's traditional planned economic system and the current restrictions on social and economic structure,the disparity between urban and rural areas in China is obvious.Such a gap exists not only in urban and rural areas but also in different regions and different groups.Therefore,under the constraints of the current system,residents in our country have no way to fully achieve the goal of sharing achievements.However,ethnic minorities in our country will still develop development differences with most residents due to their different geographical and cultural environments,and further widen the gap between urban and rural areas.With the progress of urbanization in general,the current rural public services will not be able to Embody the superiority of our socialism,especially the equalization of basic public services in ethnic minority areas.In view of this,this paper takes Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet as an example,and studies on the equalization of rural basic public services in this area.The first part is introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,and reviews the relevant research literature at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the theory of equalization of basic public services.First of all,the concept of equalization of basic public services in rural areas is defined.Then the related theories of equalization of basic public services are outlined,including public service theory,fairness and justice theory,public finance theory and service-oriented government theory.The third part introduces the current situation of rural basic public services in Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet.First of all,it briefly introduced the general situation of Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet.Then it analyzed the current situation of rural basic public services in this area from the aspects of education,medical treatment,sports style and social welfare,and summarized its characteristics.In the fourth part,based on the field survey,the result of investigation and analysis of the basic public services inrural areas in Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet Autonomous Region was conducted.The reasons for the existence of rural basic public services in this county are analyzed.The fifth part is the focal point of this paper.Based on the Chinese tobacco and alcoholic drinks,the countermeasures and suggestions on the equalization of basic public services in rural areas of Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet are proposed.First of all,elaborates on the development of equalization of basic public services in rural areas of Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet,and then analyzes the specific measures for equalizing rural basic public service facilities in Sog County Nagqu City in Tibet.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee of equalization of basic public service facilities in rural areas of the county.Measures.The sixth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the research of this article and puts forward the prospect of the next research.Through this study,we can provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference value for the equalization of rural basic public services in rural areas of our country,especially in ethnic minority areas.
