Study On The Cultivation Of Party Members And Cadres' Responsibility Consciousness And Responsibility Spirit In The New Era

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that in the new era,"all Party comrades,especially senior cadres,should strengthen the exercise of Party spirit and constantly improve their political consciousness and ability,taking loyalty to the Party,share the worries for the Party,do their duty for the Party and benefit the people as the fundamental political responsibility,and maintain the political nature of the Communists forever." Since the18 th Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the responsibility of Party members and cadres.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that Party members and cadres should have a sense of responsibility and spirit of responsibility.At present,the problem of Party members and cadres' responsibility is outstanding.Therefore,we should face this problem directly in the practice of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,explore its actual situation and causes,in order to put forward solutions.It is not only a theoretical requirement,but also a practical requirement,furthermore a topic of the times to carry out the research on cultivating the sense of responsibility and the spirit of responsibility of Party members and cadres in the new era.This study uses many methods,such as investigation,contradiction analysis,interdisciplinary research and so on.Firstly,it clarifies the basic connotation of "responsibility consciousness" and "responsibility spirit" and elaborates the dialectical unity relationship between them;secondly,it explains the actual situation of the responsibility of Party members and cadres in the new era,in the new era and explores its proper manifestation;Then,it clarifies the theoretical basis of Party members and cadres' responsibility consciousness and responsibility spirit in the new era,and analyses the reasons and significance of cultivating the sense of responsibility and the spirit of responsibility of cadres and Party members;finally,it puts forward the cultivation path of Party members and cadres' sense of responsibility and spirit of responsibility in the new era.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly defined the grand goal and basic strategy of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The realization of grand goals and greatdreams,the call of historical missions and tasks of the times all require Party members and cadres to be clear about their responsibilities,brave to shoulder,brave to fight and dedicate themselves in the tide of development in the new era.The purpose of this study is to provide ideas for cultivating Party members and cadres with sense of responsibility and spirit.So as to enhance the Party's creativity,cohesion and fighting power,and lead the people of the whole country to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
