A Study On The Sense Of Gain Of Returning Employed Youth

Under the new situation,the return of rural youth has become increasingly prominent,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life,but the existing literature is mostly quantitative research.Based on the novel perspective of “sense of gain”,this paper starts with the sense of gain and adopts qualitative research methods.Through the observation and interview of 14 young people returning to the township in a town in Chizhou City,Anhui Province,this paper aims to explore their status of sense of acquisition,why this situation is presented,and how to improve the sense of acquisition of returning employed youth.Based on Bourdieu's field theory,this paper compares and analyzes the sense of gain of the returning employed youth before and after returning home,and then explores the formation mechanism of the returning employed youth's sense of gain,and analyzes the returning employed youth returning behavior.Finally,the formation mechanism of the sense of acquisition of returning employed youth is that the capital of the returning employed youth has defined its position in the urban working area and the home life field,and the location has shaped the habit of returning employed youth.Habitus has influenced the behavioral strategies of returning employed youth,thus constructing the sense of acquisition in economic life,cultural life and social life of returning employed youth.It can be found that the return of the returning employed youth is mainly based on the inferior position of its own cultural capital,so that the economic benefits can not be improved for a long time,coupled with the prominent subjective consciousness of the returning employed youth,the pursuit of spiritual life such as emotion and soul.The returning employed youth who have made the spiritual life in the urban labor field unsatisfactory for a long time make a choice to return home.The paper finally concludes that increasing the cultural capital of returning employed youth,improving infrastructure and economic returns,providing entrepreneurial assistance can greatly enhance the sense of gain of returning employed youth,so that returning employed youth can stand up and develop well in their hometowns.
