Research On The Status And Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Sense Of Gain In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and put forward many new thoughts,new ideas,and new theories on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The state has carried out A series of major deployments,a series of documents and policies to rural development.How to test the effectiveness of the policy and the effectiveness of the reform has become our concern.In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the word “sense of gain”.In 2016,Putting forward the sense of gain was the touchstone for testing the effectiveness of reforms,and then it was mentioned in many occasions.Therefore,this study aims to understand the status and influencing factors of farmers' sense of gain,and lay the foundation for deepening rural reform and testing the effectiveness of rural reform.Based on this,this study mainly has the following three research contents:(1)The preparation of the scale.The “sense of gain Questionnaire” was prepared in strict accordance with the standards and methods of psychological measurement.The initial questionnaire data of 409 subjects were explored and analyzed,and the structure and entries of the questionnaire were determined.At the same time,confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to test the questionnaire.And validity.(2)Using the compiled questionnaires to test 343 rural households in Chongqing,Yunnan,Henan and Shandong etc,systematically analyze the overall situation of farmers' sense of gain and differences in demographic variables,and discuss The impact of demographic variables on farmers' sense of gain.(3)Using the grounded theory method to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 recipients to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors affecting farmers' sense of gain.Research indicates:(1)The questionnaire compile in this study has good reliability and validity and can effectively support subsequent research.The " Sense of gain Questionnaire" consists of 6 dimensions,a total of 25 items,the internal consistency coefficient ? is0.915,Cronbach's coefficient of each dimension was above 0.7,and the questionnaire has a better ideal validity.The scoring method is Likert 5 points,from 1 "strongly disagree " to 5 "very agree",the theoretical median is 3 points.(2)The farmers' sense of gain is generally at the upper-middle level(the overall score is 3.50 points),and the rankings of the farmers' sense of gain scores are from high to low.The order of attribution is: attribution and love need to be acquired(4.11)> physiology needs to be acquired(3.88)>Safety needs to be acquired(3.69)>Self-realization needs to be acquired(3.51)> Social security needs to be acquired(3.10)> Fairness needs to be acquired(3.08)(3)Factors affecting farmers' sense of gain are: 1 cultural level,2 per capita residential area,3 government credibility,4 social network,5 social comparison,6economic benefits,7 social security risks.
