In The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory,the Practical Intervention Of Promoting The Self-government Of Residents

Resident autonomy is an inevitable outcome of China's democratization process and the transformation of urban grassroots governance.Community residents' autonomy is an important platform for residents to participate in the most basic democratic management,participate in urban governance,develop social democracy,and mobilize people's democratic participation in grassroots management.Enthusiasm.It is also conducive to improving the community governance system,strengthening community residents' autonomy,and negotiating independently,which not only improves the residents' ability and actions to participate in public affairs,but also realizes low-cost management system innovation.This study takes the opportunity of the “One Door,One Product” building culture project in Y Street,Beijing,as an opportunity to cultivate and invest in the residents of the building by means of practical intervention under the guidance of social capital theory.Community social capital enhances residents' autonomy and self-government actions by increasing mutual trust,increasing mutual trust and cooperation and belonging within the community.At the same time,the self-determination of the characteristics of the building door,self-providing the "autonomy" form of cultural entity works,enhance residents' sense of independence in participating in community affairs,and open the channel for decision-making community affairs.Using the actual problems that residents are most concerned about as a point,attract residents to participate,and guide the residents to self-government to create a harmonious community and a harmonious society.In the process of project intervention,through the building of the door culture group activities and the building community cultural community volunteer activities,the goal of building beautiful doors,brand doors and warm doors will be achieved.In the process of building the door service,focusing on expanding the community social capital of the community residents,the initial realization of helping the residents to promote community participation,strengthen the relationship network,form mutual assistance norms,promote volunteer service,and thus enhance the cooperation,trust and attribution of community residents.Feeling,improving residents' self-governing ability and self-government actions,realizing active,effective and orderly participation of community residents in community self-government,building a democratic and beautiful community life.
