Xi Zhongxun's Economic Practice In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region was developed on the basis of the northwest revolutionary areas.It was once the command center of CPC revolution and occupied an important position in the history of China's revolution.As an excellent Communist Party member of our party,Xi zhongxun devoted himself to the economic development of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.When he was serving as the secretary of the Guanzhong and Suide prefectural party committees,he improved the outlook of the border region,the living standards of the people and provided material support for the long-term anti-Japanese war.He follows the law of economic development and explores many ways,which is still good for the economic development in the new era.This paper is divided into three parts: the introduction,the main text and the conclusion.The first part dwells on the presentation of the background and ideological origin.In this section,it is shown that under the guidance of Marxist productivity theory and Mao Zedong's economic thought,Xi Zhongxun carried out a series of practical activities.The second part reports on a summary of agriculture,industrial,business and financial.First,he always put agriculture as the first priority in economic construction and the implementation of targeted policies on the three main elements of agriculture namely: land,labor and fund.These strategies ensure the stability of the basic position of agriculture.Second,he would encourage the common development of public and private economy in industry and commerce.These advanced ideas laid a theoretical foundation for the development of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.Third,the establishment of markets to develop business and trade and the establishment of a financial and monetary system that aimed to activate money market.The third part of the text shows the historicalsignificance and practical enlightenment of Xi Zhongxun economic practice in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.The historical significance includes:overcoming economic difficulties and providing support for the war;adhering to the mass line and strengthening the relationship between the party,the government,the army and the people on the one hand;and changing the social outlook as well as;summarizing reference methods for the construction of other base areas on the other hand.Some of the practical aspects of the work can be outlined.Firstly,under the leadership of the Party organization,we should rely on the people for construction.Secondly,we should grasp the key points of development on the premise of following the law of economic development.And thirdly,we should establish an all-inclusive linkage mechanism and mobilize all positive factors to serve development.This article strictly follows the historical facts and uses the more detailed information as the foundation of the theory.We can understand the law of economic practice,summarize its specific practice,and explore the thoughts included in the process of practice.By so doing,we can gather experience for economic construction in the new stage.Combining with the current economic development situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper puts forward the important enlightenment to the economic development and takes history as a lesson to promote the stable development of China's economy.
