Research On The Interest Expression Mechanism Of Community Governance

Community governance is the basic link of state governance.Strengthening the construction of community governance system is an important content of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The expression of interest is an important issue that people pay close attention to.The mechanism of interest expression is the important part of the socialist theories with Chinese characteristics.Community governance and interest expression are both related to the ruling foundation of the Party and social stability.Based on this,this paper takes the interest expression mechanism of community governance as the research topic,and studies the operation process of it.The paper uses the methods of literature research,case study,in-depth interview and field observation.According to Habermas' s public sphere theory,the public sphere is devoted to forming public opinion to influence the political behavior of state organs.On this basis,the public sphere is a public space that gathers the interests of the society and forms public opinion,thus affecting government behavior.Among them,public opinion is a form of expression of public interest.The three elements of the interest expression mechanism are interest subject,interest object and the way of expression.The interest object expression in China is generally the state organ.The interest subject transmits its interest requirements to the state organs,and the state organs need to deal with the interest requirements after receiving them form the interest subjects.Basis on this logic,this paper divides the process of interest expression mechanism of community governance into three stages: firstly,the realization process of the occurrence mechanism of interest expression;secondly,the realization process of the transmission mechanism of interest expression;thirdly,the response process of the government response mechanism of interest expression.This paper takes the rights defending process of XD community's rights defense fund as an example to test the interest expression mechanism of community governance,so as to discuss the implementation process and its internal logic of the interest expression mechanism of the community residents.
