The Occurrence Mechanism And Counseling Mechanism Of Major Group Events

Chinese social transformation in the accelerating period,the market competitionintensifies,the pattern of interests from moderate to severe differentiation,the strong groups inthe market by using legal or illegal means to occupy the advantage in the new pattern ofinterests,and maintain this advantage.In order to protect their own interests,the disadvantagedgroup take the system recognized or not recognized means to maintain their own interests. Itis the main form of the Chinese group events.For this group action caused by economicinterests,we call economic interests of group events.In this paper, by using the method ofliterature research and case study analysis,to analyse the occurrence mechanism，finally，comeinto dredge mechanism of the major group events.Group events can be predicted,group eventscan be controlled,and group events can be also resolved,the study found the interest demandmechanism to resolve the major group incidents,and the interest coordination mechanism,theinterests resolving mechanism,the interest compensation mechanism,and summarized thestrategic path in dredge of major group incidents.This thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter is introduction,mainly introducesthe research background,research purpose,research significance,the research status of groupevents at home and abroad,the evaluation of the current situation of study at home andabroad,and the study of related theories;The second chapter is the overview of groupevents,mainly introduces the formation of the concept of group events,and defines the majorgroup incidents,and analyses the characteristics and types of group events;The third chapteris the occurrence mechanism of group events,mainly analyzes the contradiction source of theeconomic interest type of group events,then analyzes related cases，then summarized theoccurrence mechanism of economic interests of group events； The forth chapter isestablishing the dredge mechanism of the major mass incidents from the perspective of theinterest expression,it mainly analyzes the interest demand mechanism to resolve the majorgroup incidents,and the interest coordination mechanism,the interests resolvingmechanism,the interest compensation mechanism.
