Study On Villagers' Autonomy In Urban Villages In Ningjin County Of Dezhou City

With the gradual realization of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,the urban scope is gradually expanded,and the traditional rural areas are gradually transitioning to cities,forming "urban villages"."Urban villages" differ from traditional villages in several aspects,such as politics,culture,social environment and economic level.Villager autonomy has a history of more than 30 years in China,which is also a basic social and political system.It promotes the democratization of rural areas,promotes the optimization of rural economic structure and the improvement of economic level,and maintains the stability of rural society.In view of various new situations in the development of urban villages,this paper takes Ningjin County,Dezhou City,Shandong province as an example to study the problems and try to find out the existing problems of villagers' autonomy in urban villages.Through consulting relevant literature,field research,communication with villagers,questionnaire survey and other methods,this paper summarizes the existing problems in villagers' autonomy in urban villages in this region,explores the reasons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper first introduces the definition and characteristics of urban village and villager autonomy,and then analyzes the situation of urban village autonomy in Ningjin County,Dezhou City,Shandong Province.There are six parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status and innovation,etc.In the second part,related theories and concepts are expounded and the connotation is clarified.The third part introduces the basic situation of urban villages in Ningjin County,summarizes the present situation of villagers' autonomy in urban villages,and summarizes the effect of autonomy.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of villagers' autonomy in urban villages of Ningjin County,and adopts methods such as questionnaire survey results and literature review.The fifth part puts forward corresponding Suggestions according to the causes of the problems,mainly including strengthening the leadership of the party,developing the village collective economy,strengthening supervision,improving the ability of the main body of autonomy and so on.These Suggestions are applicable to the reality of urban village development in Ningjin County,Dezhou City,Shandong Province,and have reference value for the development of urban village in other areas of China.The sixth part is the conclusion.In order to objectively and truly reflect the current situation of villagers'autonomy in urban villages,the author adopted a questionnaire survey.Taking psychological and other factors into consideration,random sampling and telephone questionnaire survey were adopted.Then,the results are summarized and analyzed,and the final conclusion is reached by referring to the data and combining the field research results.The innovation of this study lies in:first,the research method of comparative analysis is used to analyze the comparison between the rural autonomy problem studied by predecessors and the case of this paper.Second,when analyzing problems,we should consider the influence of humanistic background by using data and examples to make the research more comprehensive.
