A Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Elite Of Villagers' Participation In Villagers' Autonomy

In recent years,the virtuous culture of the new elite of villagers has gradually risen.In some areas,different forms of social organizations,such as the councils and studios have been established.The purpose is to give full play to the positive role of the new elite of villagers group in villagers' autonomy.The new elite of villagers' participation in villagers' autonomy is not only supported by historical experience,but also due to the ardent call of reality.Also,there are not only macro-guidance of national policy,but also internal drive of individual will.According to the research of relevant literature and field investigation and analysis,the new rural governance model of the new elite of villagers' participation in villagers' autonomy has been applied in some areas of China now.It has achieved some results,but there are still some problems.In order to grasp more accurately the actual situation of the new elite of villagers participation in villagers' autonomy,this paper chooses Liangzhai elite of villagers Studio in Fengxian County and Jia Wang Gengji elite of villagers Studio as the research objects,through self-compiled questionnaires and individual interviews to make an empirical study on the new elite of villagers participation in villagers' autonomy.On the basis of summarizing its achievements,this paper analyses the problems existing in the new elite of villagers participation in villagers' autonomy.The main problems are the limitations of the new elite of villagers,the new elite of villagers are facing fault crisis and the insufficient willingness of the new elite of villagers to participate.Through in-depth analysis,the causes of the above three problems can be summarized as follows: the backwardness of rural education level and ideology underdevelopment of rural economy and complexity of society in the period of transition and lack of relevant safeguard policy system.On the basis of clarifying the problems and causes,propose to create a social environment for the return of the new elite of villagers,cultivate reserve talents of the new elite of villagers and promote self-management ability of the new elite of villagers.In this way,the path of perfection the participation of the new elite of villagers in villagers' autonomy is discussed.
