An Analysis On The Old People's Home Pension In The New Age Of The Rural Empty Nest

The rural areas of our country are facing profound changes and many problems are also needed to be addressed.The rural elderly care issues is a prominent issue for the three rural issues.The phenomenon that the people become old before getting rich in rural areas is especially evident.The lack of care,aging,empty nest,incapacitated,low birth rate,rural areas of China is facing severe challenges as the arrival of the silver age.The development of aging population in China is divided into three stages: the rapid development phase,the slow development phase and the steady development phase.It is a rapid development stage from 2015 to 2035,it is estimated that the proportion of people over 65 years old accounts for 46.4% of the total population,among which the proportion of empty nesters in rural areas accounts for 26.1% by 2050.With the reduction of the average household size and the increase of nuclear families,traditional family pension is increasingly being challenged.On the one hand,institutional endowment is in short supply,and on the other hand,there is a lack of household identity.Home endowment has become an inevitable trend for future endowment development.This paper starts with the reality of the rural empty nest old-age pension problem.First of all,this paper points out the background and significance of the research,and makes a literature review of the rural old-age research at home and abroad,and then introduces the related concepts and theoretical roots of China's rural empty nest old-age pension.Based on the factual investigation on rural empty nest elderly pension of Pingshan County Shijiazhuang.This paper analyzes the current situation of the rural old-age pension problem.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and protections to solve the rural empty nest elderly pension.
