With the accelerating process of urbanization,the rapid growth of social and economic development,the rural population is shifting to the city,more and more rural labor influx into the big cities.From rural to urban population flow,the rural family structure has changed greatly,and the basic family function in rural areas has also changed.The number of empty-nest families without children in the countryside is increasing year by year.The appearance of empty-nest family,on the one hand,is the performance of socialist economic development,on the other hand,the rural old-age security system is not yet perfect,rural empty-nest elderly grim problem.According to the Pingyang County Rural Empty Nester pension problem situation,spot investigation through reflect the actual situation in rural areas of Pingyang County Empty Nester in income,daily care,physical health and mental life status,the main problems existing in the current Pingyang County Rural empty nest elderly pension is the absence of social security and the ability of daily life care weak,lack of spiritual comfort and safety problems.Through the analysis of these issues,combined with the domestic and foreign pension successful case,proposed government departments to increase support for rural public and private pension institutions and volunteer team building efforts,the establishment of community endowment mechanism;development characteristics of agricultural economy,increasing the income of the elderly in rural areas;and the dignity of the elderly spiritual support,establish and improve the pension;Pingyang County,the old man lost assistance information system and intelligent home care system,intelligent nursing countermeasures and suggestions on security.
