Analysis On The Old-age Pension Problem And Countermeasure Of The Empty Nest Elderly In Rushan Xiacun Town Rural Areas

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more rural labors are transferring to cities,which has greatly changed the structure of rural families,and the number of empty-nest families and empty-nest elderly is increasing.Because of the drawbacks of the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas in China,the rural economic development lags behind a lot,and there is a big gap compared with urban areas.Moreover,the social security system in rural areas is not perfect at this stage and the number of empty nesters in rural areas is large,so the problem of providing for the aged is more serious.Aiming at the present situation of the empty nesters' pension in Xiacun Town of Rushan City,this paper carries out field visits and questionnaires by reflecting the actual situation of the empty nesters' economic,life,health,spiritual life and social support in Xiacun Town of Rushan City,and then through SPSS19.0 single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis,it concludes that the current rural empty nesters in Xiacun Town of Rushan City are affected by the data.The factors of the quality of old-age care for nest elders can find out the problems of old-age care.Through the analysis of these pension problems,combined with the empirical cases of successful solutions to the pension problems at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the pension problems of empty nesters in Xiacun Town,Rushan City.
