Internet public opinion is the inevitable product of internet social information transmission.With the arrival of the era of Big Data,it gradually shows the characteristics of active expression,rapid dissemination,diverse forms,low ignition point,more explosive points and wide range of influence.The impact of economic development and social stability is increasing day by day,and it poses a higher challenge to service-oriented government construction and government governance capabilities.As a new stage of information development,Big Data improves the accuracy of Internet public opinion analysis and prediction,increases the volume and complexity of Internet public opinion,accelerates generation and spread of Internet public opinion events,and brings opportunities and challenges to the supervision of Internet public opinion.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that the issue of network security and information technology is a major strategic issue concerning national security,social development and the quality of people's work and life.He has proposed that we should strengthen the mainstream public opinion,accelerate the strategic construction of network power,and provide strong spiritual confidence and public opinion support for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,accelerating the research on the Internet public opinion supervision mechanism in the era of Big data has become an important part of the government's social governance,and it is also an important choice for the frequent occurrence of Internet public opinion incidents in China and frequent Internet chaos.Based on the multi-dimensional construction of the supervision mechanism of internet work public opinion,this paper puts the research in the background of big data era.On the basis of analyzing and defining the differences between Internet public opinion and network public opinion,this paper deeply summarizes the new characteristics of Internet public opinion in the era of big data,and analyses the opportunities and challenges faced by Internet public opinion in the era of Big Data.The basic characteristic of the network is resource sharing,and the application of big data technology accelerates the speed of information sharing,and various forces converge in cyberspace to voice,on the one hand,it brings opportunities to the supervision of Internet public opinion,including the change of the concept of supervision from“control”to governance the more convenient and efficient access to Internet public opinion data,and the stronger radioactivity of Internet public opinion;On the other hand,on the other hand,the phenomenon of network violence,such as human flesh search,network abuse and so on,emerges endlessly,the mode of network media and Internet public opinion are presented.The decentralization of discourse power and the shortening of the outbreak cycle of Internet public opinion crisis pose higher challenges to the examination,checking,analysis and response of Internet public opinion.Based on this,this paper attempts to put forward a multidimensional linkage of Internet public opinion supervision mechanism.From the perspective of government,media and netizen,the top-level design guarantee mechanism,industry internal self-discipline mechanism and harmonious public opinion environment mechanism of Internet public opinion supervision are put forward.Through the Internet big data technology,various information platforms are integrated,and technical support platforms are perfected,and finally the network is realized.The dynamic supervision mechanism of public opinion is expected to provide reference value for our country's network supervision of public opinion.
