Participation In Social Governance:Exploration On Communication Of Local Government New Media

In the context of the pluralistic social subject,the public opinion of the blowout has made the traditional mode of political communication increasingly stretched,which led to the failure of public opinion guidance and "propagation failure." For social governance,free information flow and a good communicable environment are the premise and guarantee for achieving "good govemance." This paper selects the representative of Suzhou Public Security Micro-Police as the main research object of WeChat platform,with"CommuniCability" as the main research theory,and the new media for police affairs from"propagation" to "communication" "The nature of the transformation phenomenon and its realization path are studied.This study believes that it cannot be limited to the perspective of the "transporter" of information,but also the production and difference of information in the process of generation,communication,and audience understanding,and the diversified communication possibilities that are extended.First of all,through the review of the development process of social govermance,the inevitability of the transfer of propaganda initiative led by the traditional media to the new media is clarified,and the leap from "management" to "governance" is realized.Secondly,from the theory of communicability The dimensional information presentation status reveals the political communication between the "Suzhou Public Security Micro-Police"and the public,effectively integrating the police image media presentation and the "group prevention and prevention,activities into the communication network of public information acquisition and communication,forming Social trust,development of social dialogue,prevention of social risks;Finally,from the perspective of public practice,the"Suzhou Public Security Micro-Police" was examined and found that there is an imbalance between the subjects involved in communication in the urban information space,and "The Suzhou Public Security Micro-Police Service is still far from "communicability" in stimulating public opinions,responding to public discussions and negotiating needs.Through the case study of "Suzhou Public Security Micro-Police",it explores the impact of the "communication" of local government new media on the communication field and the relationship with the audience,in order to alleviate the current Chinese urban communication at the information network level.Faced with the contradiction of "only to not explain" and "disregard","there is no connection,no coumunication,no communication".
